Tray Erecting and Filling Machine

TP120

The TP120 takes filled tubes directly from the filling and sealing process and packs them fully automatically into trays without any further operator intervention.
Flexibly adaptable via format parts, it integrates seamlessly into existing production lines.

(Product demonstration for the TP120 available upon request)

The TP120 fills trays fully automatically with up to 120 tubes per minute. Pre-glued tray blanks are stacked in the magazine; a pneumatic suction beam removes the bottom blank each time, erects it and places it into the transport belt. During transport, dust flaps and closing flaps are closed automatically. Two parallel transport belts with twelve pockets each take over the filled tubes from the filling and sealing system. At the filling position, the tubes are precisely positioned above the tray holes via chutes and a swivel plate, then pressed in by a plunger. The fully filled trays are pneumatically pushed onto a discharge roller conveyor. Optionally, a carton can be automatically placed over the trays. After loading the trays and tubes, no further operation is required.
