We need this data to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Webflow stores server logs only as long as necessary for operation and security.

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, company and message, and optionally your phone number, solely to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering it under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The form is processed by Webflow (see Section 3). Submissions are stored by Webflow and forwarded to us by email. We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully handled, at the latest after six months, unless statutory retention periods apply, for example to business correspondence.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
We receive job applications by email and process them to decide on employment (Section 26 BDSG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no employment results, we delete your documents no later than six months after the process ends, unless you have consented to longer storage.
Emails are generally not encrypted in transit. Please contact us if you need a secure channel for confidential documents.
Some product pages include videos from YouTube, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Videos only load after you click the preview image. No data is sent to YouTube before that. After the click, a connection to YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) is established, and data including your IP address and the page you are viewing is transmitted to Google. YouTube may use storage in your browser. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
