The high-performance range for fully automatic tablet packaging in tubes. Tablets fed flat form a supply on the tablet forming belt and are channelled via tablet channels into spirals that position each tablet gently on its circumference. After the spirals, tablet stacks are formed and introduced into the tubes via cam-controlled pushers. The smooth operation ensures minimal tablet stress, processable from ~40 N hardness. Monitored buffer zones in all areas compensate for fluctuations in product feed. All operating states are displayed on a touchscreen monitor. AI-supported image processing ensures only intact tablets in fully filled and properly sealed tubes leave the machine. Near tool-free format change via format parts.
