The fully automatic tube filling and sealing system consists of four main components: tablet feeder, tube feeder, stopper feeder and main machine with filling station, sealing station and discharge. Tablets are fed via a conveyor belt, guided by a guide element, checked for presence by sensors and counted into the tablet chute via a spiked roller. There they are stacked and released into the tubes in the multi-carrier system. Operation via HMI panel. All machine functions are optically and electronically monitored.
